Mallorca · For US, UK & Canadian couples
From Charleston to Cap de Formentor.
Balearic wedding, captured all day.
Documentary Mallorca wedding photography for couples flying in from the US. Fincas in the Tramuntana, sea-view terraces in Pollença, hidden bays for the day-after couple shoot.
Why here, why me
Three reasons US couples book me for Mallorca
01 · Local fluency
I've shot fincas across the island
Tramuntana mountain fincas, Pollença bay villas, Palma rooftop receptions. I know which venues handle 200 guests and which max out at 80, which have a hard 1am music curfew, and which are 90 minutes from the airport.
02 · Cost honesty
No transatlantic surcharge
Direct flights from Berlin to Palma are €80 in summer. The travel line on my invoice covers a real flight and a modest stay — no $3–5k transatlantic markup that US-based photographers stack into their fee.
03 · The day itself
Documentary, not posed
No staged "look at the camera" shots. I work quietly. The afternoon swim, the long Spanish dinner, the Cap de Formentor sunset golden hour at 9:15pm in June — captured as it happened.

FAQ
Mallorca-specific questions
When is the best time of year for a Mallorca wedding?
+
May, June, and September are the gold standard — warm but not punishing, sea is swimmable, light into 9:15pm in midsummer. July–August are 32-35°C (90-95°F) and book solid 12+ months ahead. October is still 22°C and produces the best couple-portrait light. April is a gamble.
What is the music curfew situation?
+
Mallorca enforces noise ordinances at most rural fincas — typically 1am or 2am for amplified music, after which the party moves indoors or unplugged. Cap Rocat and a few private estates have 3am+ allowances. I flag this on the planning call so you do not get blindsided.
How does the legal marriage paperwork work?
+
Almost identical to Italy and France — most US couples do their legal ceremony at home and treat the Mallorca wedding as a symbolic celebration. A binding Spanish ceremony requires the couple to register as residents for 2+ years in most cases — most US couples skip this.
Day-after shoot options?
+
Cap de Formentor at sunrise (5:45am — yes, early), Sa Calobra cove for boat-arrival, the Tramuntana ridge for hiking shots, or Es Trenc beach for the swim-in-dress moment. Day-after shoots are available add-ons across all packages.
